WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU HEAD TO YOUR FIRST CLASS THIS SUMMER!

Dear Gymagic Athletes and Families:

We are so excited to kick off our 2023 Summer Session with all of you!  All classes begin the week of June 5th, 2023 and end the week of August 17th, 2023. We will be closed July 3-6, 2023.  Below is information on our special events and fundraising efforts throughout the year as well as our event calendar! Some quick tips to get your first day of class started successfully:

WHAT TO WEAR

  • Parent-Tot, 3 and 4 Year Olds, and KinderMagic Classes:

    • A Leotard is not required but recommended 

    • Otherwise comfortable athletic clothing that is not loose or baggy for safety purposes.

    • Water Bottle is required.

    • Long Hair must be in a ponytail

    • No jewelry of any kind including watches.  These should be secured by parents before entering the gym. Small stud earrings are allowed.

    • No socks or shoes to be worn during class.

  • Beginner, Beginner Advanced, and Intermediate/Advanced Classes:

    • A Leotard is required to participate in these class levels

    • No leggings are permitted during class, however spandex shorts up to 9 inches in length can be worn over the leotard.  Running or cotton shorts of any kind are not permitted.

    • Water Bottle is required.

    • Long Hair must be secured up and out of the face and off the other neck.  It should be secured tight enough that it is not a distraction during class.  This becomes a safety hazard during skills and drills.

  • Tumbling and Ninja Classes:

    • A Leotard is not required but allowed.

    • Otherwise comfortable athletic clothing that is not loose or baggy for safety purposes.

    • Water Bottle is required.

    • Long Hair must be secured up and out of the face and off the other neck.  It should be secured tight enough that it is not a distraction during class.  This becomes a safety hazard during skills and drills.

Welcome to Gymagic and to expect when heading to your first class!

-Be excited!

-When you enter the building, take your belongings upstairs in our Athlete Common Area and remove your shoes, socks, and anything you do not want to wear during class. 

-Grab your water bottle and head downstairs.  Coaches will be available to help you find your spot inside the gym to meet your class and take attendance.

-Parents you will need to remain upstairs in our viewing area for the entire class unless we need some help getting your athlete to the restroom or anything else, we will let you know ASAP!

-Follow your coaches instructions and have an AMAZING time.

-At the end of class, the coaches will bring your athletes out to you in the lobby or we will have them come find you upstairs to get ready to go home!  Do not forget your water bottle!

Payment Information:

  • Class fees are due at the time of registration and the first of each month following. Please be aware there is a small processing with each transaction. Your fee will automatically be charged to the card on file in Go Motion.

  • Tuition is based off of four classes in a month. The month is prorated if Gymagic has less than 4 classes in that month.  It is not prorated if you miss a class due to any reason.  Gymagic does not offer make-ups for missed classes unless the gym is closed due to unforeseen circumstances.  In that case, you will be notified by your email on file of our make-up procedures.

  • Annual registration fee is required per athlete once per year.  This fee is currently $30 and is collected at the time of registration or at your anniversary date.

  • The Summer Session includes June, July and August. The last class fee will be charged on August 1st.  There will be no other charges unless you sign up for our School Year Session which begins in September.

Class Closure:

  • Gymagic reserves the right to close classes with 3 or fewer students. Occasionally classes combine ability levels to stay open.

Cancellation Policy:

  • You must notify Gymagic’s  front desk staff via in person or email ([email protected]) no later than the last week of the month prior to your cancellation date to ensure you are not charged for the following month.

Refund Policy:

  • Gymagic does not offer refunds on class tuition.
