
Gymagic's tumbling program is designed to help athletes build dynamic floor skills that support their goals in cheer, dance, gymnastics, or just for fun. Whether your child is learning the basics or perfecting advanced techniques, our classes provide a safe, structured environment where they can grow with confidence.
In each session, athletes develop strength, body control, coordination, and aerial awareness through progressive drills tailored to their skill level. From cartwheels and handstands to handsprings and aerials, our tumbling classes offer exciting challenges that promote self-esteem, resilience, and a lifelong of movement.
This program requires no try-out and is open to beginner and intermediate tumblers ages 6 and up.
Beginner Tumbling (55 minutes) Ages 6 and up This class focuses on providing cheerleaders, dancers, and gymnasts with the skills necessary to become good tumblers. Athletes will spend time working on strength, coordination, and tumbling drills that will assist them in reaching their goals to become amazing tumblers and show off their skills at tryouts and competitions while building their self-esteem. The beginner tumbler will work on strengthening handstands, cartwheels, bridges, rolls as well as basic drills for round offs and front/back walkovers. Prerequisites: None
Designed for athletes ages 6+, this class focuses on introductory tumbling skills—perfect for cheerleaders, dancers, gymnasts, or any athlete looking to grow in strength, coordination, and body control. Athletes develop essential movement patterns through fun, age + ability appropriate progressions.
Beginner tumblers will work on rolls, cartwheels, bridges, handstands, and introductory skills for round-offs and front/back walkovers, laying a solid foundation for athletes to build upon in more advanced levels, and fostering self-confidence along the way.

Prerequisite: Must be 6 years or older
For athletes who have mastered the basics, this class focuses on advancing strength, technique, and precision in tumbling skills. It’s a great fit for athletes pursuing cheerleading, dance, and gymnastics. In Intermediate Tumbling athletes work on drills and techniques that will help them reach goals, prepare them for team tryouts, or further refine their tumbling skills for performance-based activities.
Intermediate tumblers will perfect their round-offs, work on aerials, headsprings, walkovers, and begin training handsprings with proper form. This class emphasizes control, power, and confidence—on the floor and beyond.

Prerequisite: Must be 8 years or older. Mastery of Beginner Tumbling skills or evaluation by a Gymagic staff member
