Preschool Classes
Our curriculum is designed to stimulate learning through fun for each child. We strive to create a healthy and enjoyable experience that your child will look forward to week after week. The curriculum addresses each child's age, developmental stage, and gymnastic ability. Our instructors bring knowledge, energy and fun to our program. Weekly classes are filled with exciting props and colorful equipment that is designed to excite the child’s young mind and body. Through each stage of the preschool program, the child develops a broader understanding of gymnastic basics, and continues to develop their coordination, agility, strength, power, balance and self confidence.
3 & 4 Year Olds
Preschool – Ages 3 & 4 (45 Minutes)
Our preschool program allows athletes to function independently while following the coach
which guides your athlete on their gymnastics journey in a fun and safe environment. Preschool
aged children will learn new skills and build self-confidence using various equipment, training
circuits and specifically designed games. Children will be introduced to skills on each of the four
Olympic events: vault, bars, beam, and floor. This basic prep work is to prepare them for both
our Recreational and Competitive Programs.
KinderMagic
KinderMagic - 5 year olds (50 minutes)
Athletes in this class will continue to gain confidence in their abilities as they start to refine their skills through progressions on training circuits as well as on each Olympic event, vault, uneven bars, beam, and floor. They will begin to work toward more technically correct and difficult skills to ensure they continue to be challenged individually. This basic prep work is to prepare them for both our Recreational and Competitive Programs.

Toddlers attend this class with a parent or caregiver. This class is open to athletes that are
walking on their own to Age 3. This class offers a fun experience for children and allows for
parent/child bonding. Toddlers will develop basic motor skills, coordination, strength, flexibility,
and balance while learning about gymnastics. Our coaches guide the adults and athletes through
the stations and provide assistance when needed. Parents are involved in each class to provide
