Ninja

In Ninja classes, athletes build strength, agility, and confidence as they climb, jump, flip, push, and pull their way through creative obstacle courses. Each class combines movement and mindset—encouraging athletes to face challenges, persevere, and celebrate progress every step of the way.


Designed for high energy and hands-on exploration, Ninja classes develop balance, coordination, flexibility, speed, and basic tumbling skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Whether your child is new to fitness or cross-training for another sport, Ninja is an exciting way to grow physically and mentally through movement.

Ninja Advanced (Ages 8-13)

This high-energy class is designed to keep older athletes engaged while helping them build strength, coordination, and confidence. With a continued emphasis on climbing, running, jumping, and navigating obstacles, athletes work on advanced movement patterns and foundational tumbling and flipping skills in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.


Classes challenge athletes to refine body control, improve speed and accuracy, and persevere through circuits. Whether your athlete is new to Ninja or progressing from a younger age group, this class provides the perfect environment to grow socially, physically, and mentally—while having a blast.


Class length: 45 minutes

Ninja Ages 4-5

The 4–5 year old Ninja class blends high-energy fun with purposeful skill-building to support your child’s physical and social development. Through climbing, jumping, and running, athletes learn to move with confidence while building strength, balance, coordination, and perseverance. These classes and obstacle course are designed to boost not only motor skills, but also pre-reading and school readiness—like focus, following directions, and sensory regulation. This fast-paced, creative environment is ideal for kids eager to move, explore, and grow.

Ninja Ages 6-9
