Recreational Classes
We provide progressions, skills, and technique for Beginner gymnasts through level 4. We have a very specific curriculum using the latest USA Gymnastics guidelines and materials. Our curriculum includes floor exercise, balance beam, uneven bars, vault, and basic dance. We review our curriculum each year and make changes according to USA Gymnastics revisions, updates, and latests trends
Advanced
Advanced – (90 minutes)
This class is the next step after they have tested and passed the Intermediate Level Class.
This is a non-competitive program that is geared for those athletes that want to continue working all 4 gymnastics events (Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor) while not being committed to the Competitive Program training. The Advanced Class builds advanced skills on each of the events while also emphasizing strength, coordination, and flexibility. These skills are the equivalent of the USA Gymnastics JD Levels 2, 3, and 4. This unique class allows athletes to work towards mastering old skills while training newer, more advanced skills. This includes progressions into back handsprings, roundoff back handsprings, back tucks, front handsprings on floor, hip circles, glides, kips and casting on bars, leaps, turns, and Acro on beam, and front handsprings on vault. It helps to build self-esteem, body awareness and gain confidence in their abilities. It is recommended that students attend class 2 times per week.

Prerequisites: Mastery of Intermediate Skills or evaluation by a Gymagic staff member
