Welcome to Gymagic! We’re so glad you’re here. This page is your go-to guide for everything you need to know before your child’s first class, and a few extra resources about the sport of gymnastics.

Our current session runs Sept 3, 2025 – May 16, 2026.
You can join a class at any time if there is room available. If the class is full you may join add your athlete's name to the waitlist.
Here's what to expect when coming into your first class!

Arrive with excitement!

Store belongings upstairs in the viewing gallery. Please use the hooks and cubbies in the corner, keep bleachers clear of gear to make room for parents to sit, and keep wet boots/shoes off of bleachers.

Athletes may go downstairs 1 minute before class with water bottle in hand.

Parents: please remain in the viewing area unless asked for help.

Coaches will bring athletes back to the lobby or dismiss them to go find their parent/caregiver upstairs at the end of class. Remember your waterbottle!

Our lost & found is located in the viewing gallery.

No running in the viewing gallery, or on the gym floor (unless it's part of class, of course!)

Class fees are due at the time of registration and the first of each month following. Please be aware there is a small processing fee with each transaction. Your fee will automatically be charged to the card on file in Go Motion.

Class fees based on 4 classes/month (not prorated if absent).

If your class is affected by a scheduled gym closure or the gym is closed for unforeseen circumstances (ie weather) your fee will be prorated. Gymagic does not offer make-ups for missed classes unless the gym is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. In that case, you will be notified by your email on file of our make-up procedures.

If class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (ie weather) you will be notified by email and given any applicable make-up proceedures.

A $40 registration fee is required once per year. This is collected when you register, and then again on the anniversary of that date each year.

Our School Year Session runs September 2025 through May 2026. Tuition is billed monthly, with the final charge on May 1, 2026. After that, there are no additional charges unless you choose to register for Summer Session, which begins in June 2026.

Gymagic reserved the right to close, or combine if fewer than 3 students.

If you need to cancel, please let the front desk know in person or by email ([email protected]) by the last week of the month before your cancellation. This ensures you won’t be charged for the next month.

Gymagic does not offer refunds for class tuition.
